Peter H. Chapman is Founder and Managing Partner of Rosemoor Capital, established in 2011.  He was Founder and Principal of CDK Group LLC, a specialist in alternative assets and private placements, established in 2002. CDK Investments Management LLC, a $1.8 billion hedge fund of funds was sold to Brown Advisory in 2012.  Mr. Chapman was an Executive Director of CIBC Oppenheimer & Co. specializing in alternative investments, Senior Vice President and Member of the Management Committee of Bessemer Trust, Vice President of CS First Boston in Mortgage Finance and a Vice President of Salomon Brothers in Government Finance.   Mr. Chapman has been involved in corporate restructuring and reorganizations, the securitization of mortgages and other assets, advising on capital solutions for US Federal agencies, international development banks and other financial institutions.  He has provided merger & acquisition advice to financial institutions. He has worked on innovative capital market solutions such as interest rate swaps, currency swaps, CMOs and CDOs. He started his career in Bond Market Research as an economist working for Dr. Henry Kaufman and co-authored "Comments on Credit" and "Prospects for Credit" at Salomon Brothers in 1977. He is a graduate of Columbia University (BA, Econ).

Timothy Voake is a partner of Rosemoor Capital in London.  Timothy is the CEO of Voake LLC and founder of Eddystone Capital LLC. Previously, he was Managing Director at HSBC, heading Asian and Emerging Markets equities in the US.  Having started as an analyst at Robert Fleming in 1984, he moved to successively senior roles including being a founder shareholder of Peregrine, the leading Asian investment bank, becoming CEO of its US operations in 1993.  Having sold the business to Santander, he then joined Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette, which was subsequently sold to CSFB.  He graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies with a BA (Hons) in Chinese. 

Alexander Chapman is a partner of Rosemoor Capital in the US and works on the management of Rosemoor Capital LP.  He joined Rosemoor Capital in 2014 from JP Morgan. He began his career at Thomson Reuters in Financial Risk working as a software and markets expert. He attended accounting classes at the London School of Economics and NYU. He is a graduate of Trinity College (BA, English).

Philip Ciantro is the financial and compliance officer of Rosemoor Capital in the US.  Philip founded SineMetu Solutions in 2011 to provide tax preparation and accounting consulting services. He previously worked in foreign exchange and precious metals markets as a risk manager. Philip joined the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) in 2007, then FINRA. He holds an MBA in Management and an MS in Accountancy from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr. Ciantro is registered as Financial and Operations Principal and as a General Securities Principal and is an actively registered Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service
